Hello, my name is Leonard Rosen, and I am referred to as the Pitbull. You're probably wondering what is the deal with the name "Pitbull'. This is a name I was given many years ago by my friends and competitors because I was always considered the guy who never gave up. Somehow it stuck throughout the years and I accepted the name as part of my persona. My business career has spanned over 30 years. In the 80's I was an anchor on the Financial News Network. Perhaps you remember me from my nightly reports. After the network was sold to CNBC I was offered to host The Leonard Rosen Show, which was nationally syndicated. In the 90's I became the CEO of a large medical group. We specialized in the treatment of chronic obesity. Our focus was to provide medical services to our patients and provide a hard money loan to finance their treatment: a huge success. This is what opened my eyes to the hard money business.   No, I did not come up through the ranks of being a loan officer and then a broker banging out refi's. I have always been an investor. I know the psychology of the investor and know the psychology of the borrower. I have been a private investor in California real estate, just like many of you. Quite frankly, I have done well. I have been involved in the hard money business for a long time and have been involved in countless deals. Now it's my turn to teach you what has taken a lifetime to achieve. I will teach you the secrets that have never been revealed.
 
Now let's talk about the seminar. First, let's get very clear about one thing...there is a tremendous opportunity to earn an unlimited income selling hard money. I do not know any industry that affords more potential to earn in the mid to high 6 figures. My experience tells me that most loan officers and mortgage professionals never even come close to reaching their potential in the hard money business.
