HELOC NoFico Loan Program
2nd Trust Deeds Only (1st case by case) up to 65% CLTV with no prepayment penalty. Allow your borrowers to keep their low interest rate first. All loans are a 6 Year Term Interest Only payment that adjusts monthly over the index. Loans require a Line of Credit feature of $10,000 or 20% of the initial loan amount, whichever is greater. Programs are available for Residential 1-4 Units, PUDs & Condos in Metropolitan Areas Only with home values > $250K. All loans must have a Net Tangible Benefit for the borrower. Loans are made in compliance with Federal, State and Local Laws.
