ARM NoFico Loan Program

1st Trust Deeds Only up to 65% LTV.  All loans are 5 years Interest Only and an Amortization Term of 25 years.  First 3 years (or 2 years for 228) are fixed and then adjusts every 6 months over the index.  Programs are available for Residential 1-4 Units, PUDs & Condos in Metropolitan Areas Only with home values > $250K.  All loans must have a Net Tangible Benefit for the borrower.  Loans are made in compliance with Federal, State and Local Laws.  High cost loans are not allowed.
